Owners Bart and Connie Brashears
Building and opening Hidden Meadows has been a true homecoming for Bart and Connie. Connie’s family has owned and worked this land since 1900. Connie grew up spending weekend and summers on the Farm with her brothers, who continue to manage the land today. Bart grew up in rural Alex, Oklahoma with a love of the land. Bart and Connie began dating while both were students at Oklahoma State University and were married in Stillwater.

Bart and Connie spent 40 years living and working in different parts of Oklahoma. They raised their three children, Angela, Christopher, and Amanda, who all graduated from OSU. After years of working in sales, banking, and hospital fundraising, Bart and Connie were ready to return to Stillwater, the Farm, and family in the area.

Bart and Connie have built Hidden Meadows as their home to be a place for them to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the Oklahoma countryside and to welcome family, friends and guests to stay with them. They want to give others a chance to get away from hustle and bustle and to soak in the peace and tranquility of God's creation and their genuine hospitality.
Breakfast
Full, hot breakfast is prepared everyday by Connie, a phenomenal cook, who has enjoyed sharing her talent with family and friends for years. Her love of cooking began when she learned to bake kolaches and roliches (Czech pastries) with her grandma every Saturday. She continues to seek out and try new recipes, looking for the most delicious dishes for her morning menus.

Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:30am, or earlier upon request, in the Great Room and on the Main Deck. Guest may choose to dine at several private tables or at the large dining table. The private tables are situated next to large patio doors which offer a beautiful view of the wooded creek bed below the house.

Breakfast is included in the room rate.
